These companies need to lower their price by 30% to take up for the loss of the tax rebate, then add a sale once in a while, otherwise they are going to continue to sit on inventory and go bankrupt!
I have the DPU, and would like to upgrade to the DPU-X, But no way will I do it at their prices!
Also, the SHP2/DPU bundle was an extra $1,000, the SHP3 is an extra $2,500 bundled with the DPU-X.
I know the SHP3 has more circuits, but not an additional $1,500 worth!
The DPU and DPU-X both use the same batteries. There s no difference!

I predict that DIY kits/ECO-WORTHY will get hungrier and will continue to offer better prices and take the win at the beginning, while larger companies will sit on their throne and not adjust prices, until they find out too late. Just my 2c

I agree, I had shp2 and DPU setup last year and end of last year decide to upgrade last minute to SHP3 + DPUx. I could only justify it due to the tax credit though. This setup i believe should be 7500 max at this point in time factoring in 30% tax credit being gone.

Only $500 more than a comparable Ultra non-X. Expensive, but can't get back in time to 2025.

Waaay overpriced. This needs to be sub $4000 to be competitive. This is only 18kwh.

respectfully who's or what's competitive with 12kW 50A output INVERTER, 10kW solar input in a all in one PLUG AND PLAY portable power station with 18kWh capacity (expandable to 60kWh) for $4000 or even close?

Truth be told, their $/kWh needs to come down by 50%

The likes of Eco-worthy and EG4 are starting to take a chunk of the pie, and people will start realising that proprietary unrepairable batteries are not the way forwards.

There is no reputable company with identical features and capability for $4000. This is a slickdeal at $7500 and lower. But this at $4000 is not going to happen at least not in for another decade.

Eco-worthy and eg4 are very nice systems but not PnP. If you want to make your own cables and hook you own electrical that is fine. I have wired my own DIY systems and played with eg4 and ecoworthy systems. Their software is still in the stone age compared to ecoflow, so alot of tinkering is needed and technical knowledge. This price is still high, sale price should be $7500 and lower.

2 months ago the DPU was $2,500 off + you could claim the 30% tax credit on top of it!
12 KWH $4500
18 KWH $6500
