VIP outlet sold me AirPod pros two that are still registered to the previous owner. They were sold as like new but they were used now I cannot activate tracking on them because they're still connected to the previous owner. And the previous owner can now track them to my house. Stay away from VIP outlet they're selling trash.

Buyer pays return shipping and then i would be out the money for returning them and the AirPods. Not to mention the hassle of going through a return process with a company that doesn't care about their products. And if they're stolen somewhere along the line or if they decide somethings wrong with the return I'll be out the return costs, the AirPods Pro's and the $120 cash.... returning to eBay seller is not like amazon. More risks for little gain. Using them as is as they were a gift. Hopefully they are not lost or misplaced. Asking for another set would be a waste of time as you don't know what kind of quality you're going to get something beat up something registered to someone else or God knows what else.

I'm not sure what happened in your scenario but eBay offers free return shipping. So something in your story is not accurate based on what you're telling us.

Same experience with VIP through eBay. I tried contacting the seller twice, with no return communication. Look at the feedback history... multiple negatives for selling "new/unused" items that arrive CLEARLY used. Even some of the positive feedback indicated they were used, but ok with it. This is VIP's business model - misrepresent and deal with the few that call them on it. My advice, stay away considering these are things you stick in your ears!

Can you double check your order if it is not too late?
At least this deal offers free shipping back to seller. and I think most of these sellers offer free shipping back.

VIP sent me excellent condition AirPods in the past. And they have a good customer service and generally pays for return shipping. If it's their fault, which in this case it is.

I echo previous comments on incorrect descriptions. I bought a New Unlocked iPhone 16e that they claimed "box damaged", but I received the phone in a brown box and repackaged. What's worse was that the phone was actually carrier locked with no means of identifying the carrier. There were no replacements (no units left), but the item had free shipping so I returned and never looked at VIPOUTLET again.
My recent experience is similar to the other comments. Bought from VIP outlet last month (Airpods Pro 2 deal), they were clearly used. Scratches and dirt all over the case and Airpods. Label on the box listed it as Grade A, yet I felt the scratches immediately upon opening them. I reached out to the seller the same day that I received my package, requested an exchange while providing high resolution pictures showing the condition. No response from them after three days, so I'm going to be returning. I will say that the Airpods are fairly new as they still have limited warranty, but they are definitely not "open box brand new".
I went through my purchase history and found I also bought the original Airpods Pro from them about six ago. I did keep the those as they were basically brand new, and still use them to this day. Maybe I just got lucky then, or they just aren't what they used to be.
In the return section on that very same page, it says buyer pays for returns.
Can you just start a return, you can always cancel it if the label isn't prepaid. I just had an issue with a tool from them. No response, but I was able to start a return. Free return label came shortly after. Otherwise file a claim with Ebay. Company seems hit or miss on a lot of things, more miss than anything, but I keep getting different things from them. Could be wrong, but you should be protected on this through Ebay, item was not listed as described.
