Overclock is a way for the manufacturer to advertise a potential higher limit but don't guarantee stability due to binning/individual monitor quality or probably some trade off in brightness etc

I know nothing about this brand nor this monitor.
My 5 year old dell monitor is 144hz, has a 165hz OC in the menu if you use a display port cable.
Such a small bump it's pointless, if anything there's a slight increase in input latency.

KTC has been making displays since 1995. They were in a lot of things like CnC displays etc.

They started making more mainstream models in 2021. Like gaming monitors.

KTC has been around for a long time now. theyve been producing displays and been one of samsungs panel supplier for non OLED displays.
