How what is the point of having a 2.5 GB WAN, but your LAN is just at Gigabit speeds.

Routers are for sharing internet. A single user couldn't max it, but 2.5 users could.
But yes, a fully 2.5gig lan is nice, though still pricey and overkill for many.

it also supports link aggregration which means you could use 2 cables/ports to get 2gbs(1+1) of speed

Pass as it does not have Omada capability. Buy an other model with Omada capability. Omada is worth getting, amazing management feature set (similar to unifi).

No evidence of that. TP-Link US is a separate entity with no Chinese control.

So that they can bypass import controls into the US.

Can someone explain what this does to a dummy?
Well maybe not that dumb, for example I have a VPN (fastest VPN) and I use it on my PC only.

How would this router work, and could I use my fastest VPN with it to provide VPN to everything connected to it?
Or did I just explain it to myself?
Thanks gang
