This is thermoelectric, so it's pretty small for its capacity but also really inefficient. If you want something that'll last longer on batteries, look for one with a compressor instead. That'll be bigger, but draw less power for the same cooling performance.

I thought this would be good in a car since you don't have to worry about replacing ice in it.Its like having a mini fridge in a vehicle.
