I'm assuming because it requires purchase of a plan that's on top of the $699 tag. Won't let me add to cart without plan, and can't remove plan in cart.

Good deal if you want an XL. I want a plain 10 Pro, and unfortunately Mint is offering a far smaller discount on that one. Frown

So I am on T mobile essentials plan, They were offering 800 trade in with any decent phone back in November and there was discount on pro xl, and stupidly enough I didn't took the opportunity. The phone would've cost like 400 after trade in if I'd have bought a used phone like s22 base model for like 150-200.

This was 399 + 180 yearly service during November/ December. I know I'm guns get hit with time machine remarks, just putting this out there for comparisons sake. And yes I know next Black Friday is 9 months away but might be worth the wait for someone who's not needing a phone right now

Confirm yourself... but Mint does not sell locked phones. I believe the same thing for ALL prepaid carriers.

So as a new customer... you buy this phone $500 off and one year of service at halfprice $180. You get your phone, you then leave the next day and go to Visible... you do lose your $180 phone service but you still can use your phone.
