I was able to snag one, got order confirmation email instantly and an hour later got an order cancellation e-mail "because we did not have enough stock to fulfill". Bastards!

Same here. How can that even be possible? Did they just set the wrong quantity limit?
Super souring considering the design splits. We probably ordered earlier than someone else who picked a luckier design.

Yeah, they really messed it up. I was so furious. And now to make it up they sent this email today:

"We know it's frustrating to place an order that cannot be fulfilled, and we'd love a chance to make this right. We're sending you a gift box of our most popular chocolates that you can share with your perfect pair. Be on the lookout for a package at the address you provided at checkout!"

I honestly don't care about their chocolates. They should really make it up by honoring our original order.
