I actually have a Mechanism (what this is ripping off) - there's no hollow inside to hold stuff, it's just to take pressure off wrists and forearms. It sounds dumb but it's remarkably effective and comfortable. Get that one instead. It's legit.

I've been eyeing getting a Mechanism pillow but I can't figure out if it's actually useful or not. Reviews are a bit all over the place. This is cheaper though...
