Hacks have been harder to do. If you return some overzealous associates want you to return both products or won't let you. Same goes about cancelling one of the items. They'll see this and cancel the pickup.. Pickup at different locations for each may be better, but then you need to wait for them to cancel the not picked up item. And pray they don't mark it as picked by "accident"

Yeah that is what I have overheard when shopping at our HD. Managers have the final call on returns, so ours has been telling people return the whole bundle or return nothing. On a recent thread a bunch of people talked about further repercussions they have experienced as well. https://slickdeals.net/f/19162765-ends-today-milwaukee-packout-22-in-modular-xl-tool-box-discounted-stackable-w-bmsm-64?src=SDSearchv3&attrsrc=Thread%3AExpired%3AFalse%7CSearch%3AType%3Anormal%7CSearch%3ASort%3Arecent%7CSearch%3AHideExpired%3Afalse

I bought this inflator at my HD for $30... took it back as I felt it was super weak. I wanted to try as a duster more than inflating and disappointed. Based on reviews it's not so great at inflating as well.

then we will not be buying from home depot , rather buy it from eles where
Your upset that HD is putting a stop to a "hack" we have gotten used too? And where else are you going to be buying Ryobi tools from, Lowes or ACE does not carry them. Oh right you'll be buying "Refurbished" from else where.

Yep no problem. I purchased a few of the usb flashlights and the scrubber which are pretty good. I was hoping it was stronger than the $20 duster I bought off amazon but it's not. Look at slick deals for one of those... works much better than this product AND it's not as big. The RYOBI inflator has going for it is the replaceable batteries but performance wasn't impressive at all considering the size and very surprised on how noisy it was.

Same. This thing is weaker than the $20 rechargeable dusters on Amazon. I'm taking mine back.

Ryobi is HD exclusive, so you're stuck unless you find it at Direct Tools or 3rd party (ebay).

Yeaaa my account got banned. Not even tech support escalating the issue fixed it. However switching to a pro account made my account work again.

Maybe banned isn't the right word. I could still login and see history and stuff but I couldn't get an order to go through. Even customer support making an order for me and sending me the payment link didn't work. Checking out via PayPal didn't work. Different device etc.

Agree totally. I wanted it as a bench duster also. Not powerful enough. Purchased and returned.

Did you try to inflate anything like a mattress or play pool? Just wondering if it would even work as intended.

thanks

No, read a few reviews where others tried... stated it was super slow and killed the battery. Based on output, I believed the feedback. One of the 18v version from any of the tool providers would be much better for this activity. For a small float for kids, guessing it wouldn't be bad. Mattress or play float... nope.
