I have had the version of this that charges the phone affixed on my desk for a couple of years now. Unfortunately, the bit at the base where it hinges has developed a crack and significantly loosened the hinge and made it a lot less useful. It can still hold up the phone but not at every angle. That seems like a weak spot.

i had to look it up, but yeah i bought this months ago and returned it. Right off the bat, it would not hold my galaxy s21 ultra in place. Sitting still yeah, but one my vehicle (2019 Fusion) started moving it would fall slowly over 10 seconds until it hit the dash and i couldn't see the phone. I stuck with my old adjustable one.

I have the same mount, mounted near the shifter buttons in my honda. Best mount I've purchased, Really good magnetic hold, adjustable and can rotate. Feels solid and doesn't move or sag. I would order another but my other car is too Nice I don't want to mess it up with the adhesive.
