The Klein bags are infinitely better and will last 100 years. No issues with tears from things like screwdrivers or various blades. Klein bags are insanely well made, lifetime use. I have bought everything. From these Milwuakee cheese cloth bags, to knockoff Aliexpress Klein. Nothing has ever come close. Get the read deal. Spend a few more bucks. High end material. High end zippers. Hold more too. Come with carabiners.

Klein Tools 55569 Five bag various sizes $30 come with carabiners

Klein Tools 55559 Two bag $15 come with carabiners

Your other option is Harbor Freight. These are fantastic.

Full agreement with you.

Bottom Line Up Front: Klein is my go-to for quality. Horror Fright Ghouls is my go-to for inexpensive @ $2-3 each.

-My Reviews-

Milwaukee: Surprisingly thin. Expensive for what you get. The zipper feels engineered to be like 3x stronger than the actual fabric -- which is such a weird dichotomy. Not my go-to, though they are bright red for easy visibility.

Husky: Cheaper version of the Milwaukee. These were the first ones I bought many years ago, from Home Despot. The ones I have don't have a zipper on the top seam, but it's placed about a 1/2" down on the front side....so there's always a "lip" to the bag you have to fuss with. The material doesn't have much give (very stiff nylon) + the bags are very narrow, so there isn't much room for expansion or for chunkier items. Some are black, some are other colors. I think I'll pass on using these in the future unless I have no choice.

Ryobi: I got their 12" zipper pouch for $3 each from Direct Tools -- clearance pricing. They're similar to but FAR better than HFT's. Good luck replicating that sale price though. It seems to only happen once or twice a year, and it's not heavily advertised. They usually limit quantities per order. And unless you take advantage of a free shipping special, the cost of shipping per order is expensive (something like $15 anymore?). The bags are more of a plastic-type material -- so you're not writing on them as easily as a fabric bag. Chunky zippers. Seemingly durable, but no idea how they'll hold up long term (will they become sticky to the touch? plastic degrade and crumble? who knows.) If you can nab these on sale w/ free shipping, I'd take them over the HFT version which are made in a similar fashion.

Amazon's cheapo imported brands which are a RANDOM-SIX-LETTER-ALL-CAPS word: Garbage tier. Only good for the stuff you really don't use often or don't care about. Cheap zippers, thin fabric. I nabbed a generic set of these with a scAmazon coupon for like 50% off, and they're.... a bag. Save your money.

HFT: Cheap, but not bad. Won't hold up to abuse, but it's not garbage. You have a wide selection of colors to choose from, as long as you like black! The saving grace to these is you can buy them pretty much anywhere there's a HFT -- easy availability + cheap price.

Klein: Rock solid fabric and zippers. Gusseted bottom so they really CAN stand up all on their own. Each size is a different color! You might not think that's important, but when you have 3+ bags tossed together in a dark place, GOOD LUCK finding what you need! These are meant to be a contractor's tool pouch -- used daily, not babied.

I actually ran into these on clearance and took all 4 On the shelf. Yes it's thinner. It's definitely not your typical klein bags. Milwaukee does make a thicker canvas like Klein. This set was definitely the discount bag. The canvas itself isn't the worst part. The bottom and the sew line is going to be your point of failure. This is straight up the "Chinese knockoff " with a Milwaukee branding. I bought them anyways because of the value. I'm using it for camping stuff like smore skewers.btheblittle bags I'm using at work for wire nuts rather than have them loose all over inside my bucket. The long narrow one is also good for roto hammer bits

it arrived in 3 hours. These are well made compared to the one from Habor Freight. A bit small but my harbor freight ones are big so w/e.

Found 2 left at $9.98 each in Newark, NJ. I appreciate all the earlier comments about the other bags, but I think these will serve my needs fine for the price. I have the Harbor Freight pouches as well and they are OK. No experience with the Klein version, but I am not a contractor and don't need that level of durability.

Thank you

I got these today. You will say Harbor Freight ones are cheaply made when you feel these.
