I have found the key to keeping ceramic non-stick is: 1) season the pan before first use 2) don't go above medium heat.

When it comes to cookware it's better to buy quality individual pieces over time than buy a crappy set that take up space and need replaced in short order.

I agree with anything non-stick. It's not a long-term purchase as long as you take care of it and don't use high heat. Use them as long as they last and if the coating starts to peel off, get rid of them and find another one

They say induction compatible but these are Not Hard Anodized. I wouldnt try it, They will leave marks on your stovetop.

Was $51.xx after coupon for me. These are the types of pans that if you use them on medium heat or below, they should last a year. They aren't All-Clad quality, but for the price they are a decent short-term option!
