I don't think you added the promo code, it worked for me.

Does anyone know how long the lifetime is, The "days" light spec doesn't help.. Like how many hours they can stay lit on/off with motion before having to recharge, because most of the time on / off motion also eats battery compared to just 3-4 hours continuous life. This is my main complaint with any / most of these chargeable lights. They just don't last long. With this being smaller, I assume it also has smaller battery. Honestly 3-4 hours is still pretty bad, I plan to put them on the stairs.

Does anyone have suggestion for wired low voltage system that I can plug in behind the stairs? I have a little room under the stairs that I can drill small holes to attach wired light strips but most I found don't come with motion sensor. Anyone tried IKEA's system?

No way these batteries last longer than a couple weeks even on auto sense and minimal usage. The charger is a nice feature though.

I have a similar item, not the exact same model. But what happens is the battery dies after a couple weeks and then you forget to charge them for 2 months until one day you realize they haven't been working. Then you recharge them and repeat the process.

Thanks for the feedback! You saved me $18, so I'd say that qualifies as a Slickdeal 😄
