Don't waste your money. I do laser hair removal and my $220,000 machine (best in market) still takes 8-10 sessions for good clearance. Do you honestly think a handheld device is going to do the same? By the way, IPL is highly ineffective and on the wrong skin type will leave hyperpigmentation.

I didn't use this machine but similar relatively cheap IPL did work for me for permanent hair reduction.
There's a sweet spot for skin tone and hair color and thickness.
