one is still pending while the other is in transit. called into the primary care dept. did pay the 319.99 for excellent so not the best deal like some got lower quality at near pristine conditions but will take what i can get. fingers crossed these excellents dont turn out to be lower quality.

Yeah basically gonna try it but it's a big question mark, and currently spending closer to $650 in hopes lol, ymmv. Crossing my fingers, also I'm not sure if it will be a "credit" back to my credit card or just a gift card...

It'll be a credit back to your CC. But keep an eye on it. Cause while rare (and usually only on Apple products) the credit can be denied

definitely try getting to primary care and get creative to have them reach out to their back end team to honor the price of your original order. not sure if i lucked out but the first was a mission to get to. the second i got on the first call after i saw it available again to purchase.

Got the OP13 I ordered after the last one was a bunk. This one was clearly used based on the box, however underneath all the tape was the phone in pristine condition. The back sticker was removed, as well as the screen protector that usually comes on these devices by default. HWinfo app revealed only 9 charging cycles, so definitely some sort of return. Fortunately it came with everything like the sim ejector tool, manual, and fast charger plug/wire. So far so good. Great deal!

Ordered a good condition one as that is the only one available close to me. Picked it up and the sticker on the box says it is an excellent condition one! Only accessory was an Insignia USB C cable. I am guessing that might be the reason why it was considered good as the phone itself was in excellent condition. It looked brand new.
