I agree. I have this on a Total Wireless deal, and also have a 2023 Motorola ThinkPhone, which was flagship level for its time. I've been surprised that I see no difference between the two in my non-gaming uses.
[EDIT: Just saw that this price if for a Fair condition phone]
And of all the open box phones, this has a better chance of being returned in like-new shape, because there are a lot of buyers who find that they can't stand the curved edges.

I think this is a great price. But I absolutely hate the phone.
I got one years ago when it first launched as a replacement for my Z2Force. When you drop the phone the odds of it cracking are significantly higher than a normal phone because of the curved exposed edges. That was the very first phone I owned that I managed to crack even with a case.
The price is outstanding but I would advise against it if you drop your phone alot of work in a rugged environment.

did you put a case on it? I have it for two years and no issues with a case.

Shows $45 restocking fee at the checkout. Why have you mentioned no restocking fee?

yes. Screen protector as well.
I wouldn't be able to sleep without putting a case on my phone especially with how expensive they are to replace.

They don't charge that on open box items.

Are you 100% sure? I chatted with the agent and he said they will charge it even if open-box. Doesn't make sense to me tbh.

MediaTek CPU, markets tanking, good Qualcomm deals coming. I didn't downvote... But I get it.

The edge on these phones are a pain in the ass when using both a case and a screen protector.

The case only protects the top and bottom flat parts, the screen protectors have to be plastic to wrap around the curve. The case, if you squeeze a bit or if in pockets, since there's no sides often pushes up against the protectors easily causing bubbles that need to be fixed on the daily.

Good phone, but if you're the kind of person that wants to use both case and screen protector like me, look elsewhere or make your peace and choose what you'd prioritize.

Because It's "open box - fair" and OP hides that fact.

Open Box Fair is basically trash. Get yourself one from Metro for $50 and put it in a drawer for a year und you have an unlocked new phone. The problem with Moto is also the lack of reasonable updates.

Because it is fair price condition. Those are extremely hit and miss. Often miss.

Depends where you are. Easy just to ask prior to purchase.

Returns fee

There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened, or if the purchase occurs in: AL, CO, HI, IA, MS, OH, OK, SC and where prohibited by law. The restocking fee will be taxed in select states.

Because they're wrong. It already OPENED. Only apply to selected brand new item like camera bought and intended for weddings, travels, etc and then return..Brand new phone? Yes. Opened box or refurbished? No
