I got one years ago when it first launched as a replacement for my Z2Force. When you drop the phone the odds of it cracking are significantly higher than a normal phone because of the curved exposed edges. That was the very first phone I owned that I managed to crack even with a case.
The price is outstanding but I would advise against it if you drop your phone alot of work in a rugged environment.

This open box Motorola Edge 2025 stands out as a cheap unlocked phone with strong everyday performance, good battery life, and a chance of arriving like new. The excellent units were reported in pristine shape with accessories, and the curved display feels great for swiping and media. The main drawbacks are the curved edges, which make cases and screen protectors awkward and can crack more easily if dropped, plus some units may include carrier bloatware. Best Buy checkout also surfaced a $45 restocking fee and occasional plan prompts.
Open Box - Excellent units can arrive in like-new condition with no visible scratches and included accessories and manual.
Non-gaming day-to-day use can feel comparable to a prior ThinkPhone, even after removing carrier bloatware.
Buying through the Best Buy mobile app can help avoid being forced to add a carrier plan during checkout for an unlocked open-box phone.
The curved-edge screen protector setup can be manageable if you prioritize either a case or a protector rather than both together.
Restocking-fee terms can conflict with the deal claim, including a reported $45 restocking fee for activatable devices and possible state-based taxation.
The exposed curved edges can increase cracking risk when the phone is dropped, even when using a case.
Carrier-sold versions can include non-removable Device Pulse bloatware that runs in the background and may auto-install games.
Using both a case and a screen protector can be difficult because the case may not protect the curved sides and protectors can bubble in pockets.
