I have a couple of these seats. They are great seats and we love them. However the seat itself has started to discolor from white to a more cream colored.

The Bio Bidet model I bought from Home Depot was made from low grade plastic that became brittle from the internal seat heater and cracked after a few months. I don't know if the Costco version is any better quality, but at this price I'd spring a little extra for a Toto Washlet instead.

I have one and this seat is a little short for elongated toilets, also pushes you forward when sitting on it. The auto open/close feature is cool though.

Depends. Are we talking chili dogs or Indian food? Taco bell?

Biobidet is a solid company, I emailed them an install question and they responded within 10 min and had a free part they could have easily told me to go buy (a valved splitter not included in the box) at my house in two days. Fantastic customer service

We have 4 different bidets and the Biobidet is the best. Moen one is way too noisy, Toto has integrated controls (which I prefer) and lots of options but the fan is also kinda loud and I had trouble adapting the fittings (thread is the same, but the supply line is a female fitting that is slightly too deep for standard US male fittings), the Biobidet is quiet, simple, and just works.

Sounds like a feature to keep shitters from using this like a chair.

Anyone in this market, we bought the alpha ux pearl with automatic lid for full price (500). ZERO regrets and worth its weight in gold. Great warmth in the seat, has an oscillating function and good dryer. I calculated ROI on toilet paper saved and it's about 8-10 years and drops with more than two people using it. Haven't used toilet paper in months and not looking back.

No the costco version is actually worse than the home depot version (no mobile app and even cheaper components). Big fan of biobidet, but their bb-1200L is the worst product ever made (weak jet that does not move far, heating element is super weak, overall just really low quality components). No idea about the ones posted here, but it seems like the bb1200L is supposed to to be better than this one so I can't imagine how bad this one is

Idk they told me to eat shit after my bidet died one month after the 1 year warranty expired.

Their response was "our bidets are currently on sale!"

This is literally the same price as an entire luxury bidet toilet from most box stores. How is this a deal ?
