lol. in European market they have 45W version that is usually available around $10.
Its very compact and nice adapter. It can give 45W power from one port which makes it enough for most of non-gaming laptops especially for travel.
I dont think they specialized, or give too much thought on US market. Their Celcius to Fahrenheit conversion shows it.
EU plug version is very compact and nice so I expect this to be similar. However plug folding is usually helpful too.
Waiting on 45W version to go around $10.
