I wouldn't personally get this one because I would at least want >1gbps for the sfp ports (seems like a silly choice).
But at this price, if its limitations fit your needs, seems like a good deal.

I do a fair bit of computer related work. I might saturate 1G links an hour or two a month. Not much value replacing anything early.
Also...I know it's cheap but with this many ports I'd want PoE
The last motherboard I remember having 1g was an ASRock B350 Pro from 2017 I think.

Also, proprietary managed switch interface seems limiting - would rather have something that plays well with other hardware.
