Capital One Offers $75CB on $150 at Sam's Club and $25CB on $100 at Walmart

Yesterday, I logged in to my account and saw offers for $125 cash back on $250 for Sam's Club and $25 cash back on $100 for Walmart. It took me a while to find something worth buying and when I was ready to checkout, my capitalone logged out and I had to relog in again, but unfortunately, the offers were gone for both Sams and Walmart.
It looks like it's a one time use click-link. Once you clicked the offers and you get redirected to Samsclub.com or Walmart, Capitalone thinks that you have used the offers and will remove it from your offers in a few minutes.
So I checked my wifes C1 account and it also has the same offers but her Sams is only $75 CB on $150. So I used that instead and placed the order. Hopefully the CB goes through.
I didn't find anything worthwhile to order at Walmart so I dint order. There are lots of restriction like groceries, apple, beats, sonos etc.
