If you don't see it on mobile, try on a computer. I didn't have on phone, but I do on laptop. Edit: I see now OP says desktop, but I'll leave my comment in case anyone else skimmed it like me.

Worked for me in a chrome browser on my droid phone. Discount was not visible in the YouTube TV app. Many thanks for saving me 80 bucks with a click!
