city property taxes & water bill
electric bill

car lease payment
All to establishments that would charge a fee for CC pmt but no fee for debit.
You might be able to, but you'd end up with a loss anyway unless the card you're using will net you higher than the payment processing fee. Better to do the US Bank trick for 5% on taxes, 3% net back on taxes. What's the point of buying this instead of using your credit card to outright pay taxes though

I would be paying for these Prepaid Visa cards with Chase Ink Biz getting me 5% back on office supplies to help offset any fees incurred. What is the 5% US Bank trick?
not sure why you say that. I have bought and used tens of thousands of visa gift cards, both virtual and non virtual. the trick is to do your homework on how to use them..
I didn't say these were unusable. They're difficult to use with some online merchants even after registering the cards. Not worth the hassle in my experience. I learned to stick to the physical cards from Staples.

If you have used your Chase Ink Biz Visa to pay for these Virtual Visa cards at staples.com (not in Staples store), can you please confirm that you have received 5% cashback from Chase? The reason I am asking is that some online stores redirect gift card sales to another website (such as cashstar) and our credit cards end up being charged by another merchant instead of Staples. I just want to make sure that is not the case with this deal. Thank you!

and i have had ZERO issues with the virtual cards over the last 5-6 years i've been churning them.
