A lot of the circuit boards inside these units are all the same. Made by the same manufacturer in China and different companies just by the boards and put them in their own shell or they just buy the whole thing and put their name on it. It doesn't mean it's a piece of junk. If it's supposed to have 33 W just type in 33 W USB-C charger and probably 90% of those have the same board.
