I also ordered the 10x20 canopy tent from them. I got half a box of brackets. No tent.
Trying to get a refund is difficult, and they clearly don't open or inspect or verify ANYTHING they claim to.

I attempted to contact the seller for further clarification, but have not received a response. I am currently deciding whether to return the unit and get 1440p model or attempt to remove the adhesive residue from the screen, as doing so could potentially damage the reflective coating.
