This was one of the last daily wear watches I was wearing before I started wearing smart watches.

The only thing I miss is not having to recharge my watch.

IMO smartwatches are better in every other way.

I don't know how this watch is still so expensive. It's been close to this price for many years.

I have the version of this with a resin strap, I've had it for 10+ years---it's my lawn care watch that I wear when I don't want to possibly bang up my Garmin Epix. By today's standards the face on this model is tiny, but it's a tough little mf'er and still keeps a good charge after putting in a window for a day.

lol I only wear an Apple Watch so I can answer my wife's messages while I'm at work. The moment I am allowed to use a phone again my Casio GW2310-1 goes right back on (I know my work is weird, smart watches are fine but phones aren't. Everyone including my manager uses smartwatches for that reason). But think of it this way, the watch gets cheaper but taxes and tariffs keep the price the same.

I still use this watch while at work. I Cant get the atomic to synchronize most of the time though. Im located in southern ohio and it used to work fine a few years ago.Im not sure if its the watch or something else.
