I saw nothing about leather in the description. Adidas website says: Made with a series of recycled materials, this upper features at least 50% recycled content.

I just got these. For a low priced sneaker, they are comfortable.
Because of the material, it's not very breathable. These are also pretty low ankle, if you care.
The soles are less rigid than the underarmour similar pair I have, and I find these easier to wear.
Overall, looks great. Worth $20 definitely unless it falls apart <1 year, but don't see that in the reviews I've scanned.

Have a pair of these sitting in my garage from the last deal. Worn only around the garage and rarely if that because the Merrell deal got me really nice house Mocs.
Wouldn't buy again, these are budget shoes that I would imagine are similar to walmart/target quality with adidas branding. Fast wearing, low quality materials that discolor unevenly or wear quickly, weird plastic leather that doesn't breathe well or get very comfortable when worn over time with the heel cushion flattening out in 1-2 mo. Very disposable and will just end up in landfills quicker but can't argue that it's priced accordingly...
