I bought one of these certificates refurbished for my wife. After about 9 months it failed. Called Bose and they offered a replacement at half price MSRP.

The new ones failed right after the one year warranty. Never again.

You're doing something wrong I've had mine for 7 years I bought it from Bose refurbished on eBay.

Bought these for my wife a few years ago. Fan favorite with her. Bose had that huge sale on the identical versioning of these over the holidays so I got one for my kid and me. She's furious to this day as on Bose's website they only had black while we have like silver/pink or whatever.

If you are a person who enjoys colors just know this is BLACK....so it'll stand out if you wear bright colors and stuff.

Same here. Bought a QC 35 II certified refurb from Bose ebay back in 2021 for $135. It's my daily driver.

No, USB C on these is for charging only. Only the most recent QC Ultras support audio over USB.

You would need to connect a USB c dongle to the audio cable to use wired with your phone.
