Trying to figure out the differences between the two vertical mice.
- Only the 25444 is listed on their website.
- The 65042 has a plastic scroll wheel, the 25444 is steel
- 65042 is listed as bt5.4, 25444 listed as bt5.0 (afaik there's no difference in the two that has any relevance for a mouse)
- both have an unlabeled button on the bottom that I assume is for switching between USB/2.4ghz adapter and two different Bluetooth devices.
- the $17 25444 is listed as a newer version of the $20 65042
- different contouring where you hold it (vertical and none vs horizontal)
Would be nicer if these mice had:
- rechargeable battery (even a small one could charge relatively fast from a PC)
- side scroll
- device switcher button accessible without picking up the mouse

My lessons learned from a few various ergonomic mouses. 1) Not all vertical mouses have a mouse wheel with angular clickability. The ability to click on the mousewheel at an angle is critical due to the orientation of the mouse 2) Weird mouse acceleration + small mouse feet lead to inaccurate mouse movement and clicks. Throughall this, I settled on the iClever vertical mouse. Not sure if this Ugreen has weird mouse acceleration.

I have this mouse and paid more for it and I'm mostly happy, but would add that the device switcher is really finicky. With my fingers you need to depress it with a bit of finger nail or a ball point pen.
