Newegg actually competing with Microcenter combo prices atm, but if you dig around on Newegg they have way better pairing choices.

Lots of new MBs on eBay from people dumping them from micro center bundles, including me, with full 3 year warranty. I had to get an mATX board for my case and they don't do swaps :/

it's never been registered, why wouldn't it work? it would look like they are the original owners. a copy of the receipt would be provided, it's dated 2/7.
