The manufacturer actually has a website, and appears to be new to the market and trying to grow. The website has issues but is better than a no name fly by night Amazon seller.
But what actually sold me on buying this is the logos on the charger. Apparently this is ETL, PSE and TUV certified.... Surely that's a lie, right?? NOPE. I continued my research and checked ETL (too lazy to check the others) https://ramuk.intertekc
This is the same manufacturer that makes products for SATECHI and some other brands. Now I cant promise you its amazing, even Anker puts out some bad chargers, but for $9 you will likely never see anything of this quality with actual certifications.
TLDR; Just buy it.

64 lifetime seller feedback. old SD wouldn't even allow this to be posted.
does anyone have brand/seller experience?
seems cheap for claimed specs, but also a bit of a gamble
