While this is an interesting idea to slip a little bit of extra protein into your diet, to get the 24 g per pouch you have to eat about a pound and a quarter of mashed potatoes. And although that's something I could certainly put away on my more gluttonous days, it's also 88% of the RDA of sodium at 2040mg.

The more modest 6 g per serving is a probably more reasonable to eat, you might be better off just eating a medium potato that has about 3 grams of protein.

But if this tastes good, is convenient to make, and works for you, enjoy!

Yeah, was interested at first but then seeing that each serving has a measly 3g of additional protein over a typical instant mashed product, they lost me. Just easier to eat a piece of cheese at that point than to bother with this.
