I have just ordered online getting $799 for a super old LG Aristo M210 16GB.
Logged into T-Life, went to Shop, Upgrade and selected Pixel 10 pro. Saw the $800.00 promo but my plan wasn't listed.
Called 611 and the rep did a screenshare to access and view my T-Life app and confirmed the promotion works on my ONE plan.
She told me to place the order through the app and the promotion will come up.
I added an old iPhone 4 (yes, iphone 4!) and it was eligible. Checked out and paid $35.00 activation fee + taxes.

I would strongly suggest talking to customer support in t life app. Just get through the AI chat and then you get a person and it's smooth ish sailing from there.
