Just keep making the payments but sell the phone.

Turned in some old LG flip phone and already got the test message about maintaining my bill credit for the Pixel 10 R499 promotion.
Second call about an hour later was smooth, had 4 lines upgraded shipped to two different addresses. One shipping address was to a state which does not charge tax on the full amount so no cost on that. The other shipment was charged tax (CA).
