Same. Went to first store and they want me to change plans and don't believe it and I get super frustrated. Ask me stupid questions if my phone is paid off. I said forget it and went to next store.

can i trade in those cheap android free lines if you have EBT, (low end china made android phones) or has to be samsung.

Guy at my Costco said he didn't see it in his list but then found it in some other app he had. He didn't want to do it because he was scared it wouldn't stick. I'm not sure if they enter a promo or what in their systems. I just said process it and I'll talk to force later to get the promo added

I believe so, if you open your TLife app and click on shop/upgrade and select the pixel 10 base or pro, you'll see a promotion. "any device in any condition" You just need to get the IMEI number.
Your mileage may vary, some people here said they had no luck.

If I have 6 lines under the qualifying plan, can I trade in 6 phones or only do it once? They told me each line is eligible but they were not sure about whether the other 5 lines could do it if the first line took advantage of the offer.

I can get $800 for an old Samsung s8+ but it doesn't have a power button which fell off. Should I buy a replacement button before attempting trade in? It powers on but I have to use a pin to do it
