I tried to go through Costco T-Mobile phone sales to get the activation fees waived, but it was a mess. They refused to try to even submit the order indicating it was one line promo upgrade per account, although in the app both of my lines are eligible and upgradable, and the order went through with both lines having the promo applied. Legacy 55+ One Plan.
They also said it was not eligible for the $100 Costco Cash Card.

Maybe I will try to get T-Mobile to reimburse the activation charges after the phones are delivered.

If you qualify for the PROMO by checking yourself on the Website or App, then just go to Costco or call their 833 #.
Don't even bother explaining to the clueless reps. Just tell them to upgrade your line to the Pixel and give them the IMEI or your trade in. The promo will kick in, and you should receive your Costco gift card.

I did call they wouldn't upgrade more than one phone. And said that this promo was not gift card eligible.

I did 5, one didn't work. Removed and ordered 4.

Went again and added 2, they showed the discount and ordered. Got scared on here so chatted with them. She assured me through rep manager that I will get it. Spoke again yesterday to a rep and she assured me no plans will change and I will get 6 but I can't get more.

Darn, my iPhone 5 doesn't take a charge and I can't get the IMEI, maybe I will send it with a power bank attached so it stays on, LOL just saying

I am new to this and not familiar with the trade-ins. I have 5 lines with TMo plan that was transferred from Sprint into Tmo.

Reading up the thread but its quite confusing. Where can I go to check if I have this promotion in my TMo account on their web site? Thank you!

If you have the offer that states any device in any condition, do a test order (don't submit). When I browsed the options there was one that said any smartphone, I chose the worst condition option and it still said I'd get $800. I would probably only attempt this in store to be safe.
