I was able to get 2x lines upgraded with Pixel 10 On Us (traded-in some 2016 Motorolas, each showing the magical $799.99 promo credit over 24 months) without change of plan via call to Costco, with no activation and $100 per line upgrade confirmed via recorded call.

Even though order was confirmed, at least one of the phones (Indigo?) is backordered so delivery not happening until mid March.

I'm on an old, probably 12+ years plan, Select Choice. When I proceed with the upgrading from my S22, it says "Great news! Your trade-in device is eligible for a one-time bill credit." - Then, it says I'll get a one time bill credit of $65...I assume that if I had the promo attached to my account, this is the screen/part of the process, where I'd see $800?

This or wait for the 11? I'm in no rush for a new phone but I feel like these deals don't happen often for the old plans.

I know, I know, wait till the pixel 21. I've read issues with the 10.

I mean that's a pretty important data point. Why did I have to ask you for that? Why wasn't that in your original post. I have already talked to three girls and four boys. Everyone says the same.
no clue lol. i did mention about my interactions with costco few pages back. again, all deals are YMMV yet this can be done. you just have to keep trying. perhaps try calling an hr apart.
3rd gal i spoke to said she has done at least 15 transactions for other ppl before me. then call got dropped before i could get further. called 4th time and another gal answered and she did it all without questions

This makes no sense at all to me. I have called five times and every rep is different and every single one of them says I can't do it through Costco and it has to be done through the customer care team at T-Mobile. Who the heck are you getting?
I went to Costco today and the rep at the kiosk couldn't find the promo on his sheet. I asked him to search the promotion ID posted here and he found it.

however, when I sign the agreement, the promotion is not shown. he says it would automatically apply after one or two billing cycles. does anyone know how to double check that the promotion will apply for $800?

looking for opinions..

anyone going to a GP10 from a one plus 12r ?
im thinking of doing that.

would u do it?

is it even a upgrade?

GP has:
smaller screen, less ram, less storage space, slower charging, smaller battery
It's a hard comparison. The pixel is a better personal assistant, communicator and probably better camera. The 12R is a better computer and gaming device.

I think the 12R is worth too much on the open market to use for this trade. You'd be better off getting any old phone for less than $100 off FB or CL and trade that in if you just want to get a free Pixel with 1yr mfgr's warranty.

I want to trade-in my old free moto edge 2022, which T-Life shows it is eligible, but I am on vacation and will not be back home until next week. There is no slow shipping option here.
If you referring to trade in you got 30 days to ship it in. Only need to put imei on website. If you mean pixel ten arriving then yeah its sign for only 2 day shipping. Id save ur edge though. You cant find no old cell phone?

Was not seeing promo on my account since last night. Popped back up just now.

Definitely can't wait any longer to jump on this, wanted to wait if they would include free pixel buds oh well.

I just did it for 2 lines. I am sending back a Pixel 6 pro with a cracked screen and an LG G8 with a cracked screen. $800 credit towards each one of them. Great deal.

You should consider their device protection during checkout Big Grin
