Has anyone noticed the verbage at the end of checkout on T-Life app that says your trade in must have been used on T-Mobile network for 60 days within the last year to be eligible? I did a trade last week and did not see it, but now it's there. Thoughts???

I got transferred to customer care and asked to get the $35 fee waived and she credited me $35 on my account after completed the order through T-Life. I didn't want to keep trying so I took that deal.

Wen to Costco, in Vista Ca. Was a jerk, showed me it shows my line is eligible but no where in the whole process does it show any type of credit. He says the system will automatically add the promo, everything on my end shows I am financing $799.99 without any credit. He says she didn't know of it will work and I am flipping a coin. Hopefully I get the email saying inqualify. He didn't even input my Costco card, jsut put all zeroes as he says my account is automatically set up as Costco due them being Costco T-Mobile kiosk. Fingers crossed
You will get promo but if he didn't scan Costco card then you won't get that portion

I was able to get pixel 10 for "free" (taxes and fees of about $117) by trading in a broken pixel 4a that I was keeping around for a chance like this

Btw you get a notification under "activity" of your account confirming you qualify for the promo.

I did choose to trade in a iPhone XR which they valued at $45. I'm gonna buy a cheap android phone off ebay for $20 and then switch the trade in device. I wonder if they recalculate the promo credit... (Update: they don't)

With US mobile I pay $12 a month for unlimited data. Being on a $60 a month plan for 3 years is definitely not worth it.

Worth pointing out that the device will be locked to T-Mobile until the 24 payments are done. So you will not be able to use the dual sim feature, add a travel sim, etc. if you pay it off early, the remaining bill credits stop so you are essentially paying for the phone out of pocket.

What's the deal with selling these phones? Can you buy one and sell it as a new in box Pixel 10?
You can sell them as "brand new in box, T-mobile locked".

Who told you that we're on a $60/month/line plan? I pay less than you for per line in my family plan.... and, why "3 years". EIP is for 24 months.
As stated before, this is NOT a good deal if you jump from carrier to carrier every year. For people, who are on grandfathered old plans that cost a penny on the dollar, it's fantastic!

As memyboba confirms, by not inputting the Costco membership info, it cancels the $100 gc. Called the T-Mobile/costco hot line and they confirmed this and they helped me cancel both orders and resubmit orders with correct promo attached and Costco GC.

Really disappointed in how Costco T-Mobile kiosks work and how they went out of their way to not help me, kept telling me I may not get the rebates and I Amy not get any credit, and remove the T-Mobile Costco $100 gc.

True, device is locked while getting the promotion for 24 months. On the other hand, if you are travelling and just want a travel sim temporarily, you can contact tmobile and they will give a unlock the phone for your travel duration.

A lot of people in this thread are on SC and got the deal. Check the app, as well as on the web, sometimes it shows up in one but not the other. Good luck!

I got Costco to order it, but don't see the promotion reflected in my account for the device yet.

Everytime I try to take advantage of these promos, I never qualify. T mobile wants me to upgrade to a more expensive monthly plan.

"$800 Off via 24 Monthly Bill Credits when you purchase on a monthly payment plan on an eligible rate plan (from $60+/mo. plan w/AutoPay; plus taxes/fees)"

From $60+/mo. I believed that to be the starting monthly price. I don't understand the family plan part but it makes sense it would be cheaper that way. I just need a single device, single plan.

I most likely would be plan hopping every 1-2 years. US mobile does have great "deals" but I usually just find plan deals, not phone deals on slick deals.

I misread the 24 months part. You are correct.
