if you do instore you could trade in at the spot, if for shipping then the lady said i could come back to the same store to drop off the other 2 trade in phone as soon as i receive the 2 blue P10 this afternoon according to their tracking

i am not sure if we have to or not. It's just i did instore so i gave the agent all 4 phones LG optimum and i saw she did put in all 4 IMEI to proceed.

For anyone thinking about changing trade-ins after ordering, this my experience (inadvertently). One of my broken trade-ins was originally entered entered with the manufacturer and model during ordering. During the trade-in verification, it was changed to "ONLY Any Trade Promo Smrtphne" and upgraded to working. IMEI remained the same.

This caused T-mobile system to cancel my promo; I received a text about losing my promo and I verified the promo ended on T-mobile.com. However, the EIP showed the credit, so I didn't panic. Sure enough, 24 hours later, on T-mobile.com, I can see a new promo for the line (didn't receive any enrollment texts though).

So in my experience, it should be okay to change the trade-in phone. Your original promo may get cancelled, but T-mobile's backend system will auto add a new promo based on the qualifications of your actual trade-in.
