People sure are trading in some way too good phones for this (cracked iPhone 13?!!)

Go buy a $10 piece of crap if you don't have one.
I'm trading in an HTC One S, Galaxy S1, Galaxy S3 and LG G3. Think those are all old enough! Kind of regretting not giving them some of my older flip phones lying around. All 4 of these are micro USB and I was able to charge up and turn on. Not really worth complcating things to swap out my trade-ins at this point.

Just did the trade and got $800 off.
Total was $100. $35 for the connection and $62 for taxes.

I traded in a Nexus 5 which is a 12 year old phone.
Pretty good deal.

I checked my Tmo account a couple of days ago and I only had $500 off. I checked today and I see full 800 off on my account on multiple lines. This is a legacy Sprint acct that was converted to TMo Savings plan acct a couple of years ago.

I will call in and try to get device charge waived.

I can still continue to use my current phone(s) on their respective line, correct? I don't have to swap or activate GP10 device if I don't want to. Also, I can use these devices on other lines on my acct or on another Tmo account (sister's acct)?

Thanks.

This works at T-Mobile at Costco. The reps may say no even after consulting their manager, but ignore their warning. Promo will apply even before trade in is received.

Does this work with the military plan? I don't see it when I log into TLife, it keeps trying to make me add a new line and even then it's not free.

The problem was never about the trade in promo itself! The problem is about that $100 Costco Rebate not eligible!!!

It is 128gb... For this price range ($800+) I would expect at least 256
I'm extremely annoyed that T-Mobile isn't carrying the 256gb variant of the Pixel 10 Pro. I guess I'll hang onto my 9 pro until I can bolt for another carrier.

I called Tmo and got 4 devices. They will give me credit for 140 (device connection fee) in two installments. They gave me 70 credit today and another 70 on next month's bill.

I placed the order in the Tlife app after sharing the screen with the agent.

Thanks everyone.

Are people on legacy plans just ignoring the condition about being on a qualifying plan?

If it's available on tlife app it should go thru. Simple choice here went thru

I've just stumbled upon this deal thread. It feels less of a hassle to get this phone via T-Mobile's website where I can see the the $800 credit. Would raise my monthly bill by $8.33 for 24 months (phone is not free). I have a 55+ One legacy plan. Of course, doing so I'd not get the $135 Costco rebate/credits.

Just trying to figure out if it's an angst filled YMMV with Costco to get the $135 additional discounts.

One last question...for the online order, do u need to provide IMEI of the tradein phone upfront? Thanks a lot for the info.
Yes, if using online/app. I accidently used the same imei on two phone upgrades (identical phones, easy mistake), and TForce said not really a problem.. may receive an email asking me if I intended to change the trade-in phone from the imei listed, and since it is an any condition promo, the imei doesn't actually need to match to get the promo. Have the chat record if it goes south.
