Haven't received any of mine yet, but the emails I have received instruct me to activate with esim. Problem is I want to activate esim on other lines on my account, instead of the lines I actually did the upgrade on. Don't think it's a problem, but lacking psim it's not a forgone conclusion.
You don't have to activate it. When it come to esim set up, just skip it, then you can use it as Wi-Fi device like I do.

I just checked and it's still there.

Went to corporate store yesterday. Basically any old phone with an IMEI and brand that isn't recognized in the system shows up as an any phone any trade on the reps screen and should be fine.

Promotional value confirmed
$799.99
Recurring promotional credit paid out over 24 months

Trade-in offer history
Device assessed 02/14/2026
Device received 02/14/2026
Trade-in started 02/13/2026

So, there will be another step for the "acceptance"?
How long did it take you to see that it was confirmed? Went to the corporate store and it says received and assessed but not confirmed.
Thanks

I went to Sams Club to purchase with the benefits thru Sam's Club ($75 Sams Cash & $35 activation waived).. Had a printout of the deal in my t-mobile cart showing $800 discount applied, trade-in, and -$33.34 monthly credit ...net monthly charge would be $8.33/24 months. Asked them to match it. They found the deal under 'targeted promos'. I am on a grandfathered One 55 Unlimited customer plan, which I did not want to lose. They matched the T-mobile website deal, said the $75 Sams Cash takes a month or two to see. They didn't charge the $35 activation. My net cost today was $60 sales tax --6% of the phone's full $1000 price. I'm waiting to see how this all appears on my account once it ships. I didn't have to change my 55 One Unlimited plan.

Another data point: just called the Costco T-mobile line and upgraded 4 lines to the Pixel 10 with no change in plan (currently have the One plan). The agent confirmed there would be no device connection charge and that I would also receive $400 worth of Costco shop cards. Paid $192 in taxes total.

Turning in 3 flip phones (from 2007-2011) and a pretty busted up iPhone 5s lmao

How about if you want it eventually unlocked? Will it unlock after the 24 months?

I got the text message and played around with the ordering with an iPhone SE2 as trade in. Looks like it is free and without changing plans.

Edit: In case if anyone is wondering. I'm on a legacy One plan.
I am also on the legacy One plan, but I noticed they now call it One Plan Promo, what ever that means. They have been trying t get me off the plan in so many ways.

But I am not seeing any upgrade or free phone path. When I go in via the web, when ordering it wants to either port in a new line (keep you phone number) or provide a new number. I am also not sure if they would even accept a Motorola Stylus as a trade in, although they give the impression any phone will do ... at least for the Pixel 9a.

What did you see that let you know you were eligible? What should I look for, so I do not change my plan

128 GB storage the only choice? I thought 256 was the smallest. That alone leaves me out.

PEBKAC. You are trying to order a new line (port number or new number). This promo is for upgrading an existing line.

If you want T-Mobile to unlock it, just have it active on T-Mobile network for 40 days as current unlocking policy requires. Who knows they could unlock it still after EIP is completed.

I am just trying to get the phone with a trade in and make no other changes. When I go to the t-mobile website, it says I can order it, but it is making me select "keep your phone number" or create a new phone number. The keep is stating you are porting a new number in. I do not want either and I cannot enter the trade in unless I select either of the two options first. Ugh.
