You should be able to check your general promotion status at the T-Mobile Promotions Page [t-mobile.com]. Be sure to use the 'Check your submission status' link towards the bottom of the page.
The reward tracker indicates to "Allow 14 weeks From Request Received"... all of mine transitioned to "Get your Reward Now" over the last couple of days but the link leads to a T-Mobile Page Not Found site so I'm guessing it's another call to the T-Mobile Costco Line.
Added note: The representative at the Costco T-Mobile promotion line indicated the 14 week timeframe is only for approval, not for card shipment. They indicated it usually takes another 2-3 weeks for the card to be delivered. They recommended calling in after 17 weeks from your request received date if you haven't received your card and/or approval email by then.
Both of mine showed as approved. The last "Get your Reward Now" tab goes to an error page. I'm taking a screen shot in case the approval page disappears.

To those who bought in to the deal, we are locked in by our deal to pay monthly till we are done. Now we just got $6.00 added per line. No way to bail unless we pay full price on the phone. I like the Pixel 10 Pro and TMO, not sure what up grades we get with our $6.00 per line increase. I'm on the military plan, will see what they do there.
