A lot of bad sealing and breakage in recent reviews? Whats the goto generic brand people prefer nowadays?

Same here. I will give the 11" ones to a buddy of mine as a gift and he will bring me a 6-pack to show his gratitude. At today's beer prices I get the 8" rolls for free.

11" rolls are good for loves of bread, briskets, pulled pork....I probably use more 11" than the smaller sizes.

I use Simple Housewares brand on Amazon. Haven't tried these.
