Multiple remotes? Of course! I have a Roku TV in the bedroom and each side of the bed has its own remote. Same with my Roku TV in my living room. 3 remotes stashed around the room. I call this lazy efficiency.

FYI - These are the normal infrared Roku remotes which require pointing the remote at the tv. In the market for their "pro/voice" versions which are RF and don't require pointing it at the tv.

Thanks for pointing that out. These suck if your used to the RF remote. They do the job but you will miss not having the RF feature. Repped.

But will those work on the Roku TVs? Or only for the Roku devices?

yep 3 remotes in the living room and still cant find a single one at times because kids take them, the dog hides them, i end up with one in the bathroom, or the recliner absorbs two of them.

What a strange thing to have in a 2 pack. I'm trying to figure out the marketing angle. For people who just lost their remote and are anticipating losing it again? For people who just lost two remotes at the same time? I mean, solid price per remote but I just can't figure out the use case...
Lol we have these Roku cheap tvs in every room and I'm lucky if I can find ONE remote on a good day. I bought ten of these suckers on Amazon once and they're all gone. The only thing worse than a Roku remote are the Xbox batteries.

I buy the cheapest ones bc I cut off most of the buttons. Nothing worse than adjusting on the couch and dying to Starscourge Radahn because you hit the button for a service you don't even subscribe to lol.

this may seem a bit random, but anyone shopping around for NON roku TV remote replacements, I advise against these, ONLY because the volume buttons make loud clicks with each touch. if you don't adjust the volume all the time like an insane person, this may not bother you, but it's a deal breaker for me:

Reviews say it works with the TCL roku TV so I will try it. I previously bought a different set and they only worked if you were six feet from the TV.

I would use Roku, but I cannot stand the feel of it in my hand. I use a different remote that works with me, not against my natural feel, when I use it.

If I remember correctly, this is the infrared version (that's why it is TV only). So no pairing needed, but does need line of sight. I strongly recommend upgrading to the voice remote as it is RF and works without having to point it at your screen.

that is one of my biggest beefs, hitting some dumb service I don't have. However I LOVE the side mute button, the one I use the most for commercials.

Convenience. I constantly loose my remote in the couch, my dog sitting on it, or handing it to my girlfriend only for me to need to use it.
That said, the real question is why only works with TVs?

My Roku 3 is going strong but the remote not so much. I just use the Roku app for the remote
