Alert with fire not working

Hi there,

I try to set up an alert with 1 fire, but working with an error: An unknown error has occurred, after clicking View Current Matches. Any suggestions?

The "view current matches" link basically does a search with your keywords/criteria when you click it. Search does not have an option to filter the results down to only Fire-rated threads, so I think that's probably why it's giving you an error.

If I select fire level 1, I don't get any alerts. I used to get some but not any more. Can someone else confirm the same issue?
