Yes, just another excuse for high prices.
As an aside for anyone with a dog that has issues, I though my dog had a sensitive stomach because she had signs of discomfort after eating and would regurgitate food often (at least once a week). Vet was absolutely useless for advice despite all the combined symptoms clearly pointing to mega-esophagus once I researched it. I started elevating the food bowl properly and blending her food with plenty of water and she hasn't regurgitated once in several months. Ideally the dog should be vertical when eating but simply getting the bowl up near her mouth has had this drastic effect; when I have time I'll make a proper stand for her.
