Dine in which means u get one free pancake and they'll ask for $30 in tip (tipping is out of control these days) not worth my time and gas money

They don't seem to offer a short stack in the menu, but assume they value it at $8. Most places have 10% dining tax and assume an 18% tip.

Looks like these free pancakes are about $2.24.
