First, you're never going to get full nameplate capacity output out of any solar panel. Second, Chinese manufacturing is generations ahead of the US and anywhere else. Where do you think more than 80% of solar panel production happens?

What? You think the US is investing in solar panel manufacturing? We're actively doing the opposite.

You know where 90 percent of solar panel and controller are made?

Can you not put the batteries in parallel? Connecting batteries in parallel involves joining positive-to-positive and negative-to-negative terminals to increase total amp-hour (Ah) capacity and runtime, while keeping voltage consistent. This setup allows for longer-lasting power, such as doubling a 12V 100Ah system to 12V 200Ah by linking two batteries. It is critical to use identical batteries (same voltage, capacity, and age) to avoid premature failure and uneven charging.

Would these work with an ANKER SOLIX C1000?
It says these have an MC4 connector.....as the Anker power station comes with an MC4 to XT-60 solar charging cable...does that mean i can just plug these into that cable to work with the C1000??

What's a good cheap battery to use with this to power a treehouse?

Great deal... I paid more than this for a 200W panel late last year plus another $60 for a charge controller plus $25 cables from BougeRV. I have an eco-worthy LiPO4 battery that I have no complaints about.

What's the opposite though?
lobbying lawmakers to make specific limitations and push big oil and coal because they have the money to pay congress to push through laws.

To sum up from that article:
""We're seeing strong growth today, but that momentum isn't guaranteed. If the administration continues down this path, they risk driving investment overseas, stifling job creation, raising costs on consumers, and handing America's manufacturing advantage to our competitors," continued Hopper. "This industry has proven what's possible when businesses have the certainty to invest. If the administration does not reverse their harmful actions that have undermined market certainty, energy costs will rise even further, and the next wave of factories and jobs could be at risk.""
