I got 3 bags from Amazon. They cam un-protected in plastic type envelope. Each bag was smashed so bad from top to bottom. Almost what you would expect from these bags before they are filled. Tying to open each individual one was a gooey, sticky mess. If you wanted to eat them they had to be scaped off of the wrapper and you'd get caramel all over your hands. I ended up throwing them out. Some reviews mentioned this an some said the chocolate expiration date had already passed and showed pictures of how bad the chocolate looked. I guess it's a hit or miss gamble.
