YMMV, for certain targeted T-mobile customers. Free upgrade to iPhone 17 with EIP and any condition any trade-in (must have visible IMEI). Plan does not matter, only targeted accounts. Read the terms below carefully.

Just like the targeted Pixel 10 promotion, you can check if you have this offer by logging in online or T-life and making a test upgrade with a worthless trade-in (example IMEI 352363061652430). If the website or T-life offers you $830 promotional value for this worthless trade-in even if you declare it as broken, then you know your account has the promotion. Once you confirm your account has the promotion, take screenshots for your records and then you can purchase through any retail channel (i.e. Costco or Sam's for additional gc back).

Per the terms, you will get $830 RDC on iPhone 17 family for any trade-in in any condition as long as you can get the IMEI number [reddit.com]. So broken, non-functional phones work as long as the IMEI number is physically somewhere on the phone. If the online trade-in cannot find your IMEI, you will have to order through an agent.

Limit for R503 is 1 per account and R504 is 4 per account. T-mobile systems allows you to stack multiple EIPs and RDCs on your lines [reddit.com], as long as the promotions are different. If you pay off the EIP early, you will lose the corresponding RDC.

If your terms are different, screenshot for your records. Maybe they updated the terms to 4 per account.
oh yes I have 100 screenshot of each steps during upg thru tlife. 2 upg are done.
now working on other two. Seems like R503 disappeared from the segment after one redemption.

Use this script to threaten them and they will bend over backwards to give you anything. From Reddit.

MikeMiller8888 (https://www.reddit.com/user/MikeMiller8888/)
Call them, tell them that you were just at Costco and they offered you a monthly rate that is cheaper than your grandfathered rate, AND brand new iPhone 17 Pros for all your lines free, AND $700 in Costco cash, and that you're thinking of leaving but wanted to see if they could match AT&T's offer.
By the way, that's probably true unless you have a ton of free lines; they've gotten crazy competitive.
T-Mobile has a retention department now. They will probably offer you $20/mo. off for a year, AND an $830 value trade in offer where you can get new iPhone 17s for free. The only limit here will be T-mo's internal credit limit for your account; with the time of your account history I expect that limit will cover 6 or 7 new iPhone 17s, assuming you have nothing else financed right now. Don't forget, you will owe taxes on the $799 for each phone plus the $35 connection fee. So while your bill won't go up, there is still some cost for the new phones.
Note; they will want you to trade in your old devices, and they will manually apply the enhanced promo after you've ordered your phones and received them. Make sure the over the phone rep fully notes your account, and then follow up with T-Force to confirm the enhanced promos have been applied to each line correctly. While doing the purchase process on T Life, DO NOT upgrade your plan and just accept whatever the basic promo is that they're offering (which is usually trade in your device and get $300 off). The manual promo application will override the basic promo.
I should note… you might actually want to check in at the Costco booth and see what they're offering. They've got 25% discounts for teachers and other professions, etc, and once that's applied to their pricing you actually can find that they're cheaper. This wouldn't be the case if T-Mobile hadn't raised prices $5 a line for everyone on older plans, after they promised they wouldn't, but hey it's karma. You reap what you sow.

You don't have the promo then. What you're seeing has been like that before this. You can always get iPhone deals on their newest plan.

I have simple choice plan with 5 lines... But in the terms, the fine peint says this qualifies for existing qualified plan or switching to qualifying plan... How can we be certain we are not agreeing to change our plan at the same time as this "free" Pixel 10?

I am with t mobile in simple choice plan and I see my plan is now eligible for $630 off an iPhone. I have 9 lines on my account. Recently took promotion on Google Pixel by trading in a old phone. Can I take this iPhone promotion? Looking to trade in a iPhone 13 and get iPhone 15 which should be covered by 630 trade in credit. I have 4 lines using iPhone 13's looking to take this promotion for all 4 lines.
How did you check? All terms I see state either have or switch to qualifying plan... Simple choice is not listed. I have simple choice as well.

Like many others, I'm confused about the terms of this promotion. I have magenta plan and after logging into TLife and choosing 17 Pro as the upgrade device, the app shows $630* promotional credit for my 12 mini. Once added to cart I'm checking the promotion and it says:

"Apple iPhone Promo with Trade (ID260236)
Get up to $630 off with any condition trade - no plan change required."

But after clicking into the details of said promotion it says:

"Have a qualifying plan... Existing Members: Have an Experience Beyond, Experience More, Better Value or legacy Go5G Next or Go5G Plus plan. Click here to see your current plan."

My concern is that they're going to change my rate plan if I take advantage of this promotion or cancel/not honor the bill credits after the fact.

Anyone else have experience with this and can advise whether I should go for this deal or not?

TIA

I'm on the old All In plan with 2 lines, it's letting me trade in my broken screen s21 ultra, but I haven't checked out. Wouldn't it say something if my plan was ineligible?

ID260236 is R504 which is available on all targeted accounts. If you are afraid of an agent forcing a plan change, do it yourself online or T-life.

R504 is presenting weirdly for me. I'm getting $630 trade-in value when purchasing an iPhone 17 Pro, but only $300 trade-in value when purchasing a standard iPhone 17. R504 terms state that any iPhone should trigger the full credit. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

Anyone with selected simple choice plan able to get the pixel 10 for free? The promo clearly stated that it requires experience or beyond plan.

Then you don't have the promo. I'm on Simple Choice Promo NA. Here's what it looks like.

I see that too, but if you read the terms simple choice is not listed as a qualified plan.
